“I inherited two beautiful gold mirrors from my grandmother. One was a huge ornate rectangle, and the other was a small oval. I took the oval mirror to Bowie on Bowie to get the back re-papered and to redo the wire so that it would hang horizontally instead of vertically. It was finished within a week. I then scheduled a time for Mike and his wife Robin to come to my apartment to hang both the mirrors. They were happy to work with my schedule and agreed to come to my apartment at 6pm on a weeknight. They took lots of measurements and offered helpful advice on where to place the mirrors. They made sure everything was centered and level. The home installation took about 30 minutes and they only charged $50! They are lovely people and I will absolutely use them again.”

There was an issue with our title but the associate told us how to fix the issue and how to keep it from delaying our transaction. He even went the extra mile by calling the tag agency to have them fax a corrected document so that we could sell our car that day. He truly went above and beyond and we were incredibly impressed with the service we received. The facility was spotless, including the restrooms, and it was obvious they take COVID precautions very seriously. This was so much simpler than trying to sell our car in a private party sale. This will be our first stop for any future car sales or if we are ever in the market for a used car. This is truly some of the best customer service I have ever received. I give them the highest recommendation!”

“When my boyfriend totaled his car he took his car to Cruz and Cruz was able to fix it within a week. After Cruz fixed it, the car had no problems at all and ran like it wasn’t even in an accident. A couple of years later I totaled my car and took it to Cruz and again my car ran perfect like it was never totaled! I highly recommend using Cruz Body Shop, he does excellent and impeccable work on cars and gives great customer service (better than any Service King Collision repair rep.)! “First appointment was great. Everyone was very friendly. I got a second appointment for the week after at 1pm. I walked over and arrived around 12:45 to find that the door was locked. No 'Out To Lunch' sign or anything like that. I waited about 5 minutes out in the heat and decided to walk back home. Google Maps said they were open at the time. Turns out they are usually closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. I wish they had a website with this info and to do online appointments. Other than that my root canal and crown went well. Dr. Mitchell seems experienced and good at his craft. Everyone that works there was pleasant to deal with.”
