“We purchased our fleet of forklifts in 2014 from Equipment Depot and have had them systematically maintained and repaired from day 1 by them. Equipment Depot's Fort Worth in the field repair guys have always performed their maintenance AND repairs with commonsense our long-term best interest in mind. Recently a major part broke in 1 of the oldest machines. The repairman John helped me understand it and helped begin a practical approach to getting it fixed in a fair and equitable way. He initiated a plan that involved my new sales rep. Austin and Johns supervisor Jason. A fair plan was made and our forklift is fixed. I am compelled to write this as I have experienced way too companies prioritize short term profits over long-term relationships. Thanks to all at Equipment Depot!!”

“Hands down the best automotive shop in the universe. I've been there several times for simple fixes. They make you feel like family. They are quick, and even when they're so busy they still make time for you. Today this family and their business saved me. I have only one running vehicle and it started making a sound....... I stopped at several shops on my way home from work none of which could see me until monday....... Which means I would have to take off work, which means I'm going to struggle to pay bills... When I stopped at Lou's shop Friday afternoon he told me come see him at 7:00 in the morning....... That he was very busy but he would try to give me some idea of what was wrong with my vehicle... I was there when they opened along with a few other folks, not only did he make time he also fixed the problem. I can't express how very grateful I am to have received this help. The price was great and the whole time people from all different backgrounds and cultures were joking and laughing and having a good time despite their troubles. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. You guys saved me! Crying happy tears!”

“I have been here numerous times as it’s just a few blocks from me. Never had any issues or problems. Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed. I will note I went in 2/27 and it was packed. We prob were in line 15/20 mins for a wash. No biggie, it was a nice day. I don’t know how on a busy day, how accurate your wash is. I paid $15 for the premium wash that comes with a wheel blast and shine. At other locations as well as previous washes at B&K, I know a tire shine looks like. After this wash, I do not see this as a tire shine and I’ve had better washes here previously as well as other car washes. The entire back of the car didn’t get the foamy pre wash brush (by the employee) so it’s still dirty, ugh. Not sure I’ll be back with inconsistent service. Side note - they do have free vacuums.”

“I ❤ this laundromat! The attendants here are very nice and go out of there way for their customers. I remember a time when I had to ride my bicycle here( with a trailer attached) in the pouring rain! Just as I got there my hitch busted and it took me a minute to get in. Well there last wash I at 8pm and I think I got there at like 8:05 the lady at first told me no it was too late but when she saw me with my bike and trailer she went ahead and allowed it as long as I was out by 9pm sharp. I was so relieved as my husband and I were homeless and camped in the woods. I had absolutely no clean clothes, and worse no cold weather close and the temp was expected to drop. Plus I had rode there in the pouring rain as I explained. I was grateful she allowed me to come in. Plus I have friends that have had awesome experiences as well Added bonus: The dryers are free and because it's fairly newer the washing machines are new and very clean”
