    I found Tabitha through the Foundation Training website but my initial concern was changing my dietary habits and eating "cleaner." Boy was I glad I found her... after a deep dive into my goals, she put together a plan that not only included dietary changes but she was able to tie in the personal habits, making my experience both body and mind. After 3 months of hard work, I lost about 14lbs and rid myself of my habitual poor food choices. I whole heartedly recommend Tabitha for helping with dietary changes. I look forward to seeing her again for Foundation Training.

    Deciding to work with Tabitha on Foundation Training is one of the best choices I have made in my wellness journey. FT has helped me learn how to properly support my body in my daily activities and grow stronger and more flexible at the same time.

    When I started working with Tabitha, I had just finished PT after throwing out my back, badly, for the third time in a year, and had been dealing with plantar fasciitis for several years. I was not in a happy place, was still experiencing pain, and knew I needed help to continue my journey to a more healthy self. I did not want to go the surgical route, if at all possible, and Tabitha suggested I give FT a try.

    Fast forward: the plantar fasciitis has been gone for quite some time. Yea! Walking and hiking are enjoyable activities, and I'm even experimenting with jogging, which I never thought I would do. My back is stronger than it has been in decades, and I feel much more confident tackling chores around the house and in the yard.

    A happy, and unexpected, benefit of Foundation Training: my French horn playing has improved! In particular, my range and endurance. My increased body awareness has encouraged me to apply what I'm learning, and my range, endurance, and confidence in the physical aspects of playing has definitely improved.

    Tabitha is passionate about helping people become a healthier version of themselves, and also compassionate and realizes she needs to meet people where they are. She has an uncanny ability to quickly assess the needs of her clients and to modify poses and movements so they receive the best benefit possible in a safe manner. I appreciate her snippets of education, suggestions on how to incorporate FT into daily activities, and her ability to gently motivate you to work just a little harder.

    I highly recommend Tabatha with her unique and expansive approach called "Foundation Training". My year long right shoulder pain which was hard to diagnose and resolve is now completely healed. My overall strength has increased, my core awareness has vastly improved. I would highly recommend anyone wishing more freedom of movement, stronger core, better posture, and relief/healing from physical pain or immobility to set up a session with Tabatha and get to know her and her well supported approach. Most important, I found her to be exquisitely skilled, patient, encouraging, and immensely present to the slightest misalignment. I always feel supported and encouraged with my progress. My favorite part is that she is also a really terrific, curious and kind person. I fully intend to continue training with Tabatha to support the ongoing strengthening, flexibility and overall fitness of my body and mind. Give it a try!

    I've have been dealing with lower back issues for years and went to see Tabitha for Foundation Training. I have been hesitant to do certain activities or lift things.

    I had learned about Foundation Training and knew I needed to get my back stronger. I've worked with Tabitha over several months doing the training and strengthening my back and core. Tabitha is extremely knowledgeable about Foundation training and developing a program for what I needed. She is caring, patient and encouraging. She's concerned with my overall health and she does massage therapy as well.

    I've gotten stronger during our training and more confident with the things I can do. I would highly recommend Tabitha and Foundation training for overall, posture and wellness.

With the new job, comes many lifestyle changes.
