OmniShield Pest Control

NaiRu showed up early and quickly / professionally addressed my pest control issues.

Gary has been our service technician for OmniShield a few times now and he has definitely earned this review. He has provided very friendly service and best of all, it's been very effective. Living in Austin, we have all sorts of pests in our front and backyard and anytime we need a touch up service, OmniShield gets someone out within a day or so to keep everything in line. Highly recommend.

We have Gary as our service provider and he is always friendly even this morning in July Texas heat wearing a mask! He still made small talk while covering all the basic questions and reviewing what will be done today and what services could still be offered such as mosquito spray, YES PLEASE! We've had other services before that don't come out as often and don't respond as fast and product didn't seem to work as well. Very happy costumer!!!

Patrick stopped at my house today and did a great job of explaining OmniShield services and what they provide over and above their competition. I like the fact that service is provided every 2 months rather than every 3 months. It was very easy to set up my new account.

Connor arrived in the afternoon to do my initial service. He reviewed the program and gave a detailed explanation of what he would do today. I was impressed with the thorough job and his polite friendly manner. I can already tell OmniShield is an improvement over my previous pest control service.

Very professional team. Just started pest control with them today. Met two awesome sales individuals today that were able to set up a new account as well as an appointment for same day service! I believe one their names was Jacob, can’t quite remember the other young man but he was very helpful as well. Very informative group. The technicians who actually did our service was Kevin, Jordan D, and Justin - all which were very thorough and professional as well. All in all, great first impression. Also, it was a nice fact that they use plant based chemicals - which was a win win as I have young children who get into everything. Excited to be apart of OmniShield family!
