  Dr Marks is thorough. He listens carefully to what you have to say. He reminds you that you have a choice in your care. He explains everything in a way that makes it easy for you to understand so you can make informed decisions. He cares for his patients and answers messages on the portal quickly. When I had any concerns, I usually got a same day response. I highly recommend him. Most of my care happened during COVID. His staff was easy to work with. A Telemed system was set up quickly for appointments. There was always Dr Pepper after procedures.

  Such a caring and effectual pain mgt. physician.
  
  Intelligently designed practice meant I did not have to wait long. That was several yrś ago and going back soon. His sweet wife brings joy to their practice. And admire that they are practicing Christians.

  Dr. Marks is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He takes the time to answer all your questions and explain exactly what is going on so you feel confident in his offices' care.

  If you want the best pain specialist in the WORLD..... look no further! He's not only the most knowledgeable, he's kind hearted, fair and very interested in you... the patient. I will go no where else! Anyone leaving less than perfect reviews are just drug seekers who didn't get what they wanted! More review to come........
  
  Just as an update to the above review, words just can't say enough about Dr Marks and his amazing Staff! I have a complex issue, requiring many images and diagnostic tests. Dr Marks took charge and got these tests done to get to the bottom of my issue. He's not the type to push drugs on you and then send you on your way. If that's the kind of dr you are looking for- then keep on looking! Finally! A Dr that cares about the WHOLE patient and not just covering up the symptoms. Any time I have an issue, I can call in and talk with any of the awesome staff, including Yasin, Michelle and Jill, and the message gets to Dr Marks right away and a response is back to me the SAME DAY! Also, just as a side note- no Dr is allowed to prescribe a med if they haven't seen the patient for over a year..... just the law. (Per one other patients complaint) Not to mention the fact that using someone else's controlled meds is illegal ;) Just felt like I needed to say that in Dr Marks defense because its patients like that that make it difficult for those of us in true pain to get the help that we need!
  Again, if you're looking for a Dr that cares, has an awesome since of humor and truly cares about the whole patient- Dr Marks and his team is your guy! Charlotte, both nurses and Yasim....... you make me feel like family every time I come in!
