We started the home buying journey in Austin by seeing a house completed by Birdhome and immediately fell in love. We did not end up with that initial house but were lucky enough to score Patrick as our real estate agent and Melody as a designer. From the start, they both felt like long time friends while remaining professional and devoted to finding us our home. Not only did we find and close on a house in this crazy Austin market but they have been in contact ever since—checking in, sharing contacts and providing great advice. Melody and Patrick were amazing in helping us purchase our home. We were first time buyers and knew little about the process, or what we were even looking for! They were patient, informative, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. We ended up finding the perfect place, within our price range and appraised higher than we purchased it for from day one. To cap it off, they threw us an incredible housewarming party to celebrate with our friends and new neighbors! Can not recommend these two enough.
I worked with Patrick and Melody Birdsong during the fall of 2016 to purchase my first home in Austin, Texas. Being a first time home buyer, I had many questions and likely asked each of them twice.
