  Clay and his team went above and beyond for me in my house search. My dad came into town last minute and wanted to see a house I was considering and without thought, they moved their schedule around to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. I think this group is unique in that they have a special handle on the Austin market and overall marketability of a house. They were upfront and honest with me regarding whether a particular property was a good investment, and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. Once a seller accepted my offer, Clay's team had everything lined up for me and walked me through the entire process. The team is extremely knowledgeable and efficient and is always quick to respond to my many questions. I'll be using Byrne Real Estate Group for all of my future purchases and I highly recommend this group.

  My son and his girlfriend needed help fast to find a duplex to rent in Austin. I drove past a rental property with a Byrne group sign in the yard and texted the number to get more information. I immediately received a link to the property and determined it was not in their price range. Within ten minutes of my initial text inquiry, I received a phone call from Lesley Estes with the Byrne group. She impressed me with her considerable knowledge of the areas my son was hoping to live in. Within an hour of speaking on the phone, she sent me a list of over thirty available rentals. My son and his girlfriend found exactly the duplex they wanted. Lesley walked them through the entire process, answering their many questions each step of the way. She made the process seamless, and made a young couple feel valued and listened to. She kept tabs on them, making sure that their expectations were met. And she had exactly eight days to make all of this happen. She accomplished everything in five! I have never been as impressed with a real estate agent as I have been with Lesley, and highly recommend her to anyone who needs an agent.

  Clay Byrne and his team were terrific! As house circumstances arose, we ended up working with Clay for about 6 months to find the right home. He was patient, took us everywhere, always on time if not early, knowledgeable, gave us his opinion when asked and did not try to persuade us toward anything just to find a home.
  We looked forward to getting together with him as our agent and also as an enjoyable and a kind individual.
  We greatly appreciated his and his team’s diligence through the entire process of finding and closing on our house and we would recommend the team to anyone that may ask us.

  Awesome group to work with Jennifer goes out of her way to help you find the right home never pressured us to buy a home. She made sure we loved the home before putting in a offer. The whole group works wonderfully to help you out they all went out of there way to get us to close while we were going through bad circumstances. Strongly recommended

  Byrne Real Estate Group was the best realtor service that I use in Austin so far. We just sold our house and closed escrow today. They operate as a group effort to help sell our house. Daily communication to update us on the status of the sale. Very professional and accommodating. Even though our deal was not a smooth one due to a buyer situation, they work very hard to push it through. Thank you everyone in the team, Clay, Stephanie, Kayla, and others for your excellent service.
