My experience with Tyche Property Group, Nick and Kathie has been nothing less than stellar. They really have far exceeded my expectations, and I honestly can not thank them enough!

Nick’s passion is only exceeded by his knowledge in the real estate and construction. I don’t know how he does it but there is never an unanswered email, question or call.

We ended up buying a house in East Austin at the beginning stages of construction, throughout the process Nick was pretty much our project manager. He went above and beyond any realtor I’ve worked with in the past.

We really appreciated his expertise in both the Austin market and construction. He was an immeasurable resource to have throughout the entire process.

Nicholas was able to leverage his experience and professional relationships to help me buy a house in this extremely competitive Austin market AND I moved in with several thousand dollars of equity!

When I bought in August of 2020, houses were getting around 10-25+ offers in my price point (and many cash offers). I became discouraged not having luck getting offers accepted before I started working with Nicholas. When the right house came up, Nicholas was able to leverage his network to execute on a very short option period and close. We were not the highest offer - but we were able to be the fastest offer.

His experience and connections was evident in how he was able to make a very short option period happen. He was able to get professionals he trusted and has worked with so we could evaluate the property beyond to take a closer look at the plumbing and foundation. (this was in addition to the home inspection) He also instantly pointed out what the inspector would catch - there were no surprises with the inspection. We successfully negotiated the deal in our favor based his ability to get estimates very quickly.

Nicholas was always so professional, responsive, and confident that we were making the right decisions. I really grew to trust him - and I’m so glad I did. I have already referred Nicholas to a friend that was able to find a house with Nicholas that never even hit the market. I've also referred a second friend that is actively working with Nicholas.

The value of the home has grown substantially in only 5 months and I plan to be here for a very long time. Every day I’m so grateful for my house. I always have such positive and fond memories of the process and Nicholas relentlessly working making the deal happen in my favor. I hope to work with him again at some point with an investment property.

Towards the end of 2020 I started looking into buying my first home, little did I know it was the worst time to purchase a home as a result of a combination of a surge of home buyers and a lack of supply due to COVID-19. At first, I did what I thought everyone else would do and visited online real estate sites to try to find my dream home. Really quickly, I discovered that I was overwhelmed by how all my “favorited” listings were being sold within days.

At the recommendation of a coworker who recently purchased a home in Austin, I found Nicholas. Right from the get go, Nicholas sent over listings based on my requirements which were relatively unrealistic: close to the university, spacious, and within a moderately low price ceiling. Over the next couple of weeks, Nicholas’ responsiveness was clear as I texted him properties I was interested in and he was able to set-up viewings as soon as same-day. As Nicholas went on the journey with me to view properties, he showed that his vast experience in real estate by answering all the questions an inexperienced first-time home buyer would have with an incredible amount of patience.

Due to his deep knowledge in home repair and renovation, Nicholas was able to spot even the tiniest signs of covered-up property damage and risks and gave me a very accurate estimate of how much repair costs would be. On the other hand, he was able to identify well-built properties and reassure me of its value. Essentially, I was able to get a “real-cost” for every house we looked at.

When it came time to make offers, Nicholas helped me decide how much to put down, and gave me advice and how to make a strong offer. In the end, I was able to find my current house due to Nicholas’ hard work and was able to meet ALL my requirements without any compromises.
