(September 19, 2021, 4:57 am)Seems like a quiet place. The homes look well cared for and the pool looks very clean. I was there visiting a friend. The inside of her home is spacious. It is 55 and older and deed restricted. It is gated on one side. Really close to Lowes Walmart and Publix. It is just off 19 north but I didn't hear traffic noises. It seems like a very nice place to live.

(February 21, 2019, 10:33 pm)This is a great, well-maintained mobile home park with plenty of ways for residents to foster community. Pot luck dinners with ice cream sundaes, a nice pool, and the neighborhood egrets, which the locals feed hot dogs! Really enjoy the people here. You can tell the residents take pride in their homes & Gardens. Each is unique! Near Honeymoon Island.
