  This is what the BBQ experience was meant to be. A trailer in a shady grove with some picnic tables, letting the giant smoker hog the attention. A cooler full of free beer, plus a professional magician doing fun slight-of-hand added to the gypsy feel. The beef rib was outstanding and the brisket was moist with perfect banding and a skillfully seasoned bark. The sausage lived up to its reputation and the sides were delicious as well. The line was only 25 minutes long, which vaulted this to my number one BBQ slot ahead of neighbor Franklin (5 hour line) and LaBarbecue (2 hour line).

  We were pretty late for lunch, so they were almost sold out but we got a chopped brisket sandwich, a chopped smoked lamb sandwich, and they threw in a couple pieces of burnt ends that they had left - it was all super flavorful and moist. The burnt ends were the best of course, but I was super impressed with the lamb as well. That should be a staple on more menus for sure! Overall we will definitely come back, just earlier next time!

  Amazing BBQ! Perfect meat and fat ratio. The meat was tender and moist. Very flavorful and not too fatty. No sauce needed! I got lucky with the line I guess, because it was very quiet on a Friday around 2:30pm. Definitely recommend this place!

  Really delish! Super high quality meats and sides. My wife and I had brisket and sausage, both of which were great (especially the sausage - hand made and not greasy and perfect... the brisket was a tiny bit dry for my taste, but still totally yummy).
  
  For me, the sides really made the meal special. Cole slaw and beans well seasoned and not sweet. Too often sides at barbecue places are incredibly sugary... I appreciate that this area got special attention.
  
  And last but not least… The seating area was so cute. Well shaded from the sun but also very much outside and chill.

  My bro and cousin decided that we wanted to go to find some BBQ and this place was recommended by a friend of mine. There was not a wait as we went when it was a little gloomy out. When we got there I ordered the 2 meat plate with the brisket and sausage with cream corn and beans. The brisket was really good with good bark and good smoke to it. The Sausage was good but it was a little dry. The cream corn was good as well but I think it needed a little bit more sweetness to it. The beans were delicious. It had some brisket in the beans so it created different taste as well as flavor and texture. We also ordered the pork ribs and they were really good. I would DEFINITELY come back and order the ribs. I would definitely recommend this place for some really good BBQ
