  I can't say enough good things about Seth and TexHomes Realty. He has become more like a friend than an agent. He is fun to be around and just an awesome person. We have used him to purchase 3 different properties and will continue to use him for all future real estate transactions. He is always available, day or night, weekday or weekend.   Seth has been extremely helpful in getting our house ready to sell and on the market quickly. He listened to all of our concerns and guided us in the best ways to make the rooms look bigger and more appealing with the lessening of decorations and finding the little things we could fix to make the biggest impact. He is always available for questions and advice and has been very reliable. You couldn’t ask for a better agent or advisor!

  Seth and his team are top notch. We have had multiple excellent experiences, from being new to town in need of a short term rental, to the need of a long term rental once established.
  Seth also assisted us with the successful purchase of investment property and the pursuit of a home for our family to reside here in Austin. He is savvy, professional , communicates clearly and always available. Really 5 stars isn’t enough!

  Seth and his team are on top of the real estate market. He knows what the market will bring in areas all around and including Austin. He and his team will meet your every needs. He can provide accurate comps and has great marketing. He provides staging recommendations, photo, videos, drone footage and SO much more! Give him a chance! You wont be sorry!
