Craig was a DREAM working with with buying our first home! Incredibly communicative and fast to respond with any questions we had! He was available all hours. He even taught us some stuff to look out for with being first time home buyers. When it was time to buy our house we had an issue with an appraiser not getting back to us which was causing our closing date to get pushed back.The appraiser was also undervaluing the home. Without hesitation, we didn't even have to ask, Craig already reached out to the appraiser telling them to fix the issues. We will be using him for future homes! Thanks Craig!

Craig helped my husband and me find our first rental property in Austin. He was referred to by our realtor back in California.

We then flew to Austin and Craig spent a day with us educating us about the market, and taking us to see multiple homes in different areas. It really helped us to get some ideas on what the areas were like.

There were a few hiccups during the process (the snow storm in Texas, and problem with the appraisal), and Craig helped us resolved these issues. The whole process was very easy and smooth on our end because Craig handled all these very well.

Overall, I feel very blessed that we met Craig and he helped us close on a house so quickly in such a hot market condition.
