The assistant that corresponded with me and my husband throughout our time using Wilson Company reached out to me to ensure that my husband and I had a good experience. The open communication and customer service throughout the entire project was comforting as well as professional. After a phone call with her and Mr. Wilson I was more than happy. Fair price for a very small repair and initial quote visit went very smoothly. There was a slight mix-up that required a second visit, but not a big deal. Also, communication isn't their strong suit, as I had multiple emails in response to the invoice email which had pictures of a house that wasn't mine, and my questions and emails went completely unanswered. Only when a separate individual emailed me reminding about the invoice did I get some back and forth communication. Overall I would recommend this company though - just be prepared to potentially have to put some extra effort on the customer side of things.

He personally followed up with me and had an open line of communication throughout the job. I am impressed with my roof and with the service you guys provided.
