  First off the customer service was phenomenal and everyone inside was very professional. Arthur handled my situation with ease and even ordered me a lyft when I had to leave the car for the day. They fixed an issue that even the dealership couldn't. I'll definitely return

  Extremely honest auto repair shop. Bob Sumerel on Tylersville Road sent me to another business to have my muffler pipe repaired because they would have needed to replace the whole muffler system if I had them work on it. Their honesty saved me hundreds of dollars!

  For over 20 years I have trusted Joe for tires and car/truck repair of my vehicles. Joe and his team care about You the customer and your safety needs. One would be hard pressed to find a leader like Joe and his team. You get the straight talk details from Joe. I always feel like a valued customer when I go there for my needs.
  If you want Trusted tire advice and valued repairs you need to see Joe and his team at Tylersville Road in West Chester. Nothing less than incredible service.

  I had a pretty tough week and was on my way to work when my charging system light came on. I immediately pulled over and was helped right away by a AAA employee. He followed me over to the shop in case of me breaking down. Within minutes they let me know that I needed to replace the alternator in my rav4. They got the new part and fixed my car within a couple of hours. They knew I was having a tough day and the service was seamless from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and quick. I will be returning to this location for any of my car needs/services. The AAA membership came with my services that I paid for and they let me know what perks it includes—free towing, discounts, etc. I am super thankful for the staff at this location and I would recommend going to them for anything you need. Thanks again for helping a stranger and making my day.

  There isn't much worse than walking outside and seeing a low tire. It could be anything and in this case, the tire wasn't able to be repaired. But, I called Bob Sumerel and Joe answered. They are a high volume store but he was able to get me in real quick and they took care of me. It's never fun having to deal with something like that but the service, the price, the way they handled the whole thing speaks volumes. I truly appreciate the guys here, thank you for handling my issue and squeezing me in.
