  We have been bringing our animals here for 13 years. I love the doctors, staff and wonderful care we receive. One thing I really like, is that, while I may request a certain doctor, if my schedule and theirs don’t mesh, I’m 100% comfortable with all of the vets.

  We have been fortunate to find the team at Northwest Vet Hospital. They are very attentive to the reactions and emotions of my puppy. Admittedly, she does not like vet visits, yet the tech staff and Dr. Harrington put her at ease. I also appreciate the quick response time from them when I have basic questions.
  Finally, I order prescription food through them and feel that they are very competitive with the pricing - a definite sign that they put the animals first in the equation.

  I moved to Austin 10 years ago with four dogs, and this vet was the closest to my house. I can tell you now: if I moved to Round Rock, I'd still make the drive to this vet hospital! Dr. Phillips and Dr. Harrington are part-owners, and their level of attention and care is unsurpassed. They are always thorough in their evaluation of whichever pet I bring in, and they are patient, active and attentive listeners to me. They explain treatment options and make recommendations, and don't judge if finances prohibit any choices. Plus, they are just REALLY nice people. Their rotating "guest vets" I call them give great care too, especially Dr. Monger. I've developed great relationships with all, as well as the staff. It's very comforting to know that if one of my pets has a problem, great folks are close by to help, that genuinely care.

  We've taken our cats to NW Vet Hospital for over two decades and they have provided them with great care throughout their lives. The staff is always helpful and cheerful.

  NW Vet Hospital is top notch! Dr. Phillips is the local owner and Chief of Vet Staff providing excellent local care versus the Corporate level nickel and dime care you may get at other clinics nearby. I highly recommend and they love Airedales
