  I've been struggling for ~10 years to get rid of the chronic pain in my left hip and right shoulder that came about while I was doing long distance running and not taking care of myself as I should have. For the last 4 years, I've tried everything under the sun, short of surgery, but the pain still still came back and sometimes worse. In two months with weekly visits using the NeuFit technology, and doing specialized movements and home stretches, I can say now my chronic pain is gone. Even when I get flare-ups, Josh taught me home exercises to alleviates the pain. Best of all, he has a kind, generous heart who truly wants to help people recover and be their best selves.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh, Juli, & PerformOx. As an Elite Ultra Distance & Gravel Bike racer, training & racing can be quite hard on my body. I’ve had injuries ranging from a broken hip to tendinitis to loss of feeling in toes, and Josh has helped me work through each injury in record time, and build the stabilizing / supporting systems to help prevent future injuries. He addresses the “entire system”, and not just the point of injury in order to get to the root of the problem, and strengthen it (both with in-house treatment modalities & take home therapy homework) to prevent re-injury.

  Working with Josh and Juli has been a truly transformative experiences. The cutting edge techniques of muscle balance and strength have broken through a constant cycle of injury and defeat. Juli has been able to tweak my diet and help me with additional strength training to help me trim down pounds that were very stubborn. The greatest joy, however, has been the one-on-one running expertise that Josh has imparted to me in his weekly training schedule. I am fortunate to be able to get a full immersion experience with the best athletic support professionals I have ever met. To summarize, I am being treated for PT and muscle strength, have a tough separate workout for core, weights, and cardio, receive nutrition counseling, and have the best coaching for running I’ve ever had. Truly it’s been a life/ game changing experience and I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of the family that is PerformOx. Many thanks to Juli and Josh.

  Highly recommend trying PerformOx for any recovery needs! I had trouble lifting weight over head due to injuries to both of my shoulders. After a few sessions I was able to get back to lifting with no pain. I've tried a lot of physical therapy and this is the only work that has really helped me get back to 100%.

  Josh is the most effective recovery specialist I have ever worked with.
  He has a passion for people and a gift to give.
  His knowledge and ability to help is 2nd to none.
  I have seen amazing recovery since I starting with him to help correct my major injuries that started with broken bones and knee surgerys(20 years ago) which led to hip imbalance and bulging disc issues.
  
  The last 6 months my body has been feeling great and I only see him once every 4 to 8 weeks.
