  I'm been working with Jacki Weaver at this office. She is a quite professional who is always trying to understand her customer's need and following up any issues. One of biggest reason of holding policies for a long time was because of her outstanding service I've experienced so far. Normally, I don' t expect it elsewhere. I'm strongly recommended her to be your contact person if you're looking for State Farm.

  I was referred to Patrick Court years ago and I am so thankful we found them. They have taken so much unnecessary stress off my plate and I can trust 100% when they say they are going to do something it will be done FAST! Past insurance companies I used were so lazy and I couldn't depend on them to even get my address correct let alone trust our business insurance was done correctly and on time.
  I deal with Jacki and she is absolutely amazing. Anytime I need something done she is on top of it as soon as I request it. I am blown away at the customer service and care this business has and would highly recommend them to everyone.

  Jackie, Matt, Austin and Patrick (are the people that I have personally dealt with) are ALL great!!! Excellent customer service! They really seem to care about their customers and not only try their best to help but they are also super creative with easy and quick solutions , surpassing my expectations every time! Totally worth it, having agent(s) I can meet with in person or phone/email that actually knows ME and my needs as a customer, even if the cost was higher than their competitors, I would prefer the peace of mind that this brings! Highly recommend it! Location also easy to get to. And they always answer the phone!

  My wife and I have been insured with Patrick Court for the past four years. His customer service is outstanding!! The agency is very professional and proactive. I trust all my insurance needs to Patrick Court.

  I've been with Patrick Court State Farm since 2011 and anything that I have needed insurance wise has been handled by a simple phone call or email. As a multi-policy holder, the discounts are awesome. Never any hassle during filing a claim, and always a friendly voice on the other end of the line. I really enjoy doing business with the folks at Patrick Court State Farm, and always refer my friends to them when they are in the market.
