  This is not a destination park with a lengthy list of Instagrammable attractions. It's a pretty humble greenbelt that owes it's existence to the power lines that hover over it on their way to the substation at it's eastern end. That said, it's path is well-maintained, if a bit dated (80's pebbled concrete) and narrow (two abreast walking requires occasional treading on the grass to yield to others). It is the undisputed dog-walking destination for Gracywoods, and has become very nice for small-scale wildlife spotting: opossum, raccoon, deer, and birds of all sorts including the neighborhood flock of guineafowl.

  This greenbelt is hidden but well maintained and quite long. Makes for a great walk in the neighborhood.

North Star Greenbelt Grow Zone A tributary of Walnut Creek flows through the North Star Greenbelt, eventually emptying into the Lower Colorado River. This Grow Zone also has a perennial spring that maintains good conditions for plant growth. This Grow Zone protects more than 1,240 ft.
