Family Dentistry on Manchaca

My experience at Family Dentistry on Manchaca was the best dentist experience I have ever had. Dr. Bassi was excellent, thorough yet timely. I received quality care and felt like they were honest, helpful and very knowledgeable about their work. I highly recommend this office and dentist.

One of the best experiences with a dental hygienist ever!! I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and have done this since I was a child so I have 50 yrs of experiences with hygienists. She was gentle, thorough, and efficient. Didn’t miss anything. Highly recommend this office. The staff and Dentists are very pleasant and value your time.

Dr. Aba was amazing. She made the whole experience comfortable and provided step by step information. They even had current technology to expedite X-Rays. I came in the Thursday before Halloween, they all were dressed up- which I’m sure kids would love. As an adult, I found it to put my stress at ease with a little silly. This was my first visit as I’m new to Austin. This will for sure be my delegated dentist!

As the name suggests, when you come here for a dental appointment, it feels like you’re being welcomed by family. From the first point of contact I had over the phone with Cy, to the financial breakdown explained to me by Belle, to getting set up for my x-ray and exam with Fatima, everything felt like family trying to help me out and explain things best. Sometimes dental work can be a little scary, but Dr. Salinas was truly a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was painless, quick and efficient, and before I knew it I was out the door with a cleaner smile! I look forward to my next visit in 6 months. Thank you all!

I am totally terrified of dentists. Too many bad experiences. But this team was great. Super nice and understanding from the moment I came in to when I left. The staff explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Very transparent with insurance and amounts due. Doesn’t seem overpriced. I have to go back for treatment and we’ll see if this amazing service keeps up. For now 5/5.
