(February 13, 2020, 1:43 pm)Very Friendly staff. The whole process took around 5 mins for new born birth certificate. I already filled up the form and printed. Although they said 11-2 pm is their busiest time but i was not busy that much. Very quick service.
(September 18, 2017, 9:44 pm)The place to go to immediately get birth or death certificates for Austinites or other Texans. Warned it can take 20 minutes, but much shorter on my visit in the middle of the afternoon. Friendly, accommodating staff, and easy location to navigate (small).
