    Convenient. First government office to work effectively and no wait time. The employees are very nice too.

    Went for getting birth certificate of my baby. Friendly staff. Filled the form and got the certificate within 5 mins. Fastest service ever!

    Very Friendly staff. The whole process took around 5 mins for new born birth certificate. I already filled up the form and printed. Although they said 11-2 pm is their busiest time but i was not busy that much. Very quick service.

    The place to go to immediately get birth or death certificates for Austinites or other Texans. Warned it can take 20 minutes, but much shorter on my visit in the middle of the afternoon. Friendly, accommodating staff, and easy location to navigate (small).
