I have been a patient of Dr. Ikbal's for over two years. She is so kind and understanding. I really appreciate her quick response to my messages especially with my crazy schedule and not always able to make an appointment to see her in person. When I do have an appointment at her practice she is on time and I never feel rushed. She is very thorough and ensures all my questions are answered.

I have been seeing Dr. Keller since October 2020 and have seen huge improvements to my health and well-being since I started seeing her. She has been very caring, kind, and attentive. I have seen many doctors and she has been the only doctor I’ve worked with that was able to get to the root of some of my health issues and help me improve my health. Each appointment has felt thorough and not rushed at all unlike with PCs that take insurance. The doctors at this practice are excellent and truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Working with Dr. Keller is the best experience that I've ever had as a patient. It often feels like you have to choose between a knowledgeable, competent doctor or a kind, caring doctor, but Dr. Keller is both. I love getting prompt responses to my questions and getting to spend lots of time discussing wellness and preventative health measures. Their billing is straight forward, and Dr. Keller has always let me know the cost of any tests she recommends up front. I've been with DirectMed for a year and a half now, and I only wish I had found them sooner!

The level of service and care we've been receiving from Dr. Keller has been stellar! For your doctor to know you by name, and take copious notes during every visit while never rushing through an exam, etc. is so refreshing. Also, to be able to text your doctor directly and get a timely response has been a game changer for us. We've also seen Dr. Ikbal, when Dr. Keller was out, and she too is great!
