(January 18, 2020, 6:57 pm)I had been searching for a therapist for quite some time, and after thorough research, found Jessica Hoffman as an in-network counselor through UnitedHealth. I'd seen two therapists prior in San Antonio, neither of which I felt comfortable with, and both of whom I discontinued sessions. Having recently moved to Austin, I decided to seek someone here, in hopes of finding a match in a time of transition. I'm so happy to have found Jessica - She has a lovely office, is approachable and warm, offers sound advice, and is an active listener. I'd been weary to see someone for so long, nervous I'd not find the connection I was seeking, but am thankful to have continued the search - it definitely paid off.
