They do excellent work. The 1st time I called them was years ago because I noticed what a neat job they did on a neighbor's home. I was so pleased with their work on my house back then that I called them again this year, and am so glad! The team is a pleasure to work with - on schedule, respectful, neat, communicative, trustworthy, diligent - and once again I'm delighted with the result. Several neighbors have also commented about how meticulously the work was done. I highly recommend them!

I found it very easy to make a first appointment with 21st Century Painting and Roofing to get an estimate to paint the exterior of my house. The visit was very professional with no pressure. I engaged them to do the work, which went very smoothly. The painters did all the prep work, including carpentry repairs, and the painting in less time than predicted. At each step, they were very willing to go over the work and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this company!

Gary and the team at 21st Century went above & beyond what we were expecting. The plan was to have them replace rotted trim and paint the house. When Gary showed up to look at the house and give us a quote, he was very knowledgeable about everything exterior. We had some broken tile siding that others we got quotes from were not sure how to fix, but Gary knew exactly what we needed. We also had a shed that was in need of repair, and the team replaced all the walls, trim, and painted it to match the house.
Another plus was that Gary showed up on paint day to show the team the house and the work to do. Sometimes with other services, one person scouts the job and the team shows up later with instructions. It gave us a lot of confidence to know that the person we talked to was giving guidance to the workers.
The price was on the high-end of the services we got quoted, but I think it was worth every penny. Really outstanding and professional job.

Gary and the 21st Century Painting & Roofing Co. Crew who replaced all of my old siding just checked all the boxes on what I wanted, the work was Excellent. After my bid, the crew was scheduled and these guys were great... they were always on time, they answered any questions, even while the work was "in progress", and very professional, too . The siding and painting work was completed on schedule, and exactly how we wanted it. Their prices were below the others I was quoted, too. We will definitely have 21st Century back when it's "roof time" or we're ready to paint indoors.

I cannot speak more highly of 21st Century and Gary specifically. We originally had them paint the exterior of our house one year ago. They were professional, timely and went above and beyond the scope of work. Gary sat with me and discussed the different paint options I was debating for the house. He provided his professional opinion based on his years of experience. Very much appreciated. The final product is exactly what I was going for. The 2nd job was interior painting. Hired him last minute to trim out and paint all of our interior doors. From the initial call to work completed, it was roughly 1 week. Beautiful work - yet again. I would trust any paint job to 21st Century. Nice work!
