Ms. Janis Jones was absolutely fantastic, resourceful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. I just moved to Dallas but they made me feel right at home. I am extremely happy I was able to get my car from Huffines and I absolutely recommend this dealer and Ms. Jones to anyone in the area that is looking to purchase a car.

Our sales person Fernando was terrific as he was very knowledgeable, gave my wife a first class overview on how to work everything and great to work with. We looked at several different options as we needed something to pull a small camper. One of the best car sales people and buying experiences we have had. Also can’t say enough about Charlie in Finance as well, great guy to work with. Real pro also. Good job Huffines. I’ve bought about 6 cars from Huffines over the years. Proud of you guys for doing everything you said you would do, having good people with integrity and keeping the whole process very simple and easy. Great job.

(May 27, 2021, 9:16 am)Huffines has a reputation of fair, honest dealerships. This was certainly the case for the Chrysler Jeep Dodge store in Plano. There were no surprises. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. My salesman took the time to listen and show me the features on the Ram truck. There were no "hidden" add-on charges. I would recommend Huffines to everyone.

I came into the lot and told them what I was looking for and they found me the perfect car and considered my budget throughout the whole process. These guys are amazing and never pressured me one time! The customer service here was truly one of a kind and made me feel lucky to have been working with them. All of these guys deserve a major promotions they truly are a dream team. Thank you guys so much I love my new jeep! Will be referring everyone I know :)
