Dr. Andres Lerner is now at St. Elizebeth in O'Fallon, IL

Met the Doctor this morning. It was a really good visit. He LISTENED to me. Discussed his diagnosis in a competent and personable manner. He was factual and did not try to suggest any over the top procedures.

Yes, he is one of a very limited number of doctors I would recommend.

Dr. Lerner specializes in hands , wrists, and Dupuytren's.

Dr. Lerner is the best doctor I have ever visited in general. He carefully reviewed all the information concerning my injury and has spent more time with me discussing options and the situation than any other doctor. If you want a doctor that actually cares about you and your hand injury definitely give him a visit! He also have very affordable care. They will even negotiate price if you are out of network if that is the case. Not much more you can ask for.

I have been very pleased with the entire experience with Dr. Lerner and his staff in performing surgery on my hand to treat a Dupuytren’s Contracture condition. By the time of my first visit my pinky finger was solidly bent at about 80 degrees from normal. Dr. Lerner took the time to thoroughly explain the condition and discuss the various options, considerations and risks and offer his recommendations. He listened carefully to me and encouraged questions. I was very comfortable talking to him as I felt he genuinely cared about doing the best for me. We decided on a plan and in 8 days needle surgery (percutaneous release) was successfuly performed without pain. Dr. Lerner, Helena and his entire staff are friendly, competent and professional. It is now 5 weeks since surgery and I am extremely happy with the results. There have been no complications and my finger is virtually back to its normal position. I highly recommend Dr. Lerner for his competency and skills and his treatment of his patients.

I accidentally cut a tendon in my hand and Dr Lerner and his staff repaired my blunder. They were very professional and courteous in every way. I would highly recommend Dr Lerner and EHI surgery center for top notch care.
