  We can't say enough positive things about everyone at this clinic. Our child sees Dr. Shepard, who did his ear tube surgery. The doctor is very professional, knowledgeable, and also friendly with my one year old son. The surgery also went very well. The nurse (or maybe NP), Katrina, is super sweet and helpful. When my child was upset she sang the Wheels on the Bus to him and helped him calm down. The audiologist is the same way - very friendly and nice to our child. I've had to call the office a few times for follow-up care stuff and I never feel like we are bothering them. They treat us like we are their only patients. We've also never had to wait a long time in the office, everyone has been super prompt. Importantly, in our experience when they've needed to ask the doctor a follow up question Katrina calls us back the same day, usually within a few hours. This hasn't been our experience with some other doctors elsewhere, so we are so grateful to have found a doctor and clinic staff that is so friendly and courteous and responsive to our needs. Also, for our first appointment we were able to get in within 10 days (which was faster than other ENT places I called). Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt - I don't know what else you could ask from a doctor and their staff. We would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

  Super polite and professional. I was accidentally directed to this office instead of the South Austin location and thought I would miss my appointment but the staff and PA, being very understanding, went ahead and saw me. I did not see a doctor but was treated by the PA (Yarotsky) who was amazing and very thorough.

  The staff at this office are extremely polite and cordial. This impressed. They communicated great about insurance and billing details. I saw Mark Dammert. Top notch guy, very thorough, and personable. Would highly recommend this Doctor!

  Dr, Mark Dammert is the best doctor I've ever been to see. He's not only an excellent doctor but a really great guy as well. I couldn't ask for a more personable and caring doctor in times of worry and concern about my health. I also think that all the personnel in the Eiger Rd. office are very friendly and professional. Their empathy, competence, and patience with me made the whole experience very reassuring.
