The sales lady was very friendly, professional, swift! Even though there were several people in line in front of me, she still got us out of there pretty quick. Everything about this experience was a 10! I will be recommending you to others and I will be back!

I chose Budget/Avis because for the past couple months they have been waiving the underage driving fee, which a huge savings plus for anyone under 25, like myself! I made a reservation on their website one week before I was scheduled to pick it up. I called to make sure the price I was paying online was bottom line price and there were no surprise fees when I came to pick the car up. Keisha, the woman on the phone and at the desk was very nice and answered every question I had. They were out of sedans, so I was upgraded to an SUV free of charge, which I preferred because that's what I drive on a daily basis. Very clean vehicle. They close at 5 and I got there around 4:30 to drop back off, where a man gave me my receipt. This will be the first place I look to rent a car again because it's affordable, close by, with a great vehicle and wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Avis at tech ridge parmer is the best! Always so quick and easy and hassle free, they are my go to spot for rentals! We always have a great experience with them,their prices and vehicles and friendly service is worth going through them every time! Highly recommend!!
