I cannot say enough about Big Dog Transmissions! All the other shops we called said it would be next week before they could get our van in and then it would be 3-4 days for the repairs. I contacted BDT on their FB ad and Corrina replied almost immediately. When my paraplegic husband explained that the transmission was out in our only wheelchair accessible vehicle Auggie worked us right in. The van went in on Thursday and was ready on Saturday! Auggie sent Leon multiple video clips of the entire repair process including all the new parts as they went in. Talk about going above and beyond! My hubby just picked it up and says it runs like brand new. And to make things sweeter they beat the competitors prices by hundreds of dollars! I baked fresh cupcakes as a thank you!
I got his card from a local auto parts store. I have a 4 wheel drive with a 68rfe. From the start Augie was transparent about everything and showed me all my brand new parts in box.
