(November 21, 2021, 11:32 am)The Franklin BBQ of Taco stands can be found in Pilot Knob just outside of Austin. The line here was at least 50 deep when I got here and was informed that the Barbacoa tacos were en fuego.

(December 29, 2020, 12:51 pm)A specialist with offerings of goat and lamb. Both are good but my preference leaned to the slightly more flavorful lamb. The consome is lighter in body and flavor than most others in town, but is loaded with meat, garbanzo and potato. A preference for a hot Texas summer.

Barbacoa Santa Rosa specializes in barbacoa de Chivo (goat) and borrego (sheep) .Hands down the best Barbacoa you'll ever have.I also recommend the consumme. Its to die for. The crew is super nice and caring. The only down side is. They're only open on Saturdays and Sundays. Otherwise I'd go there everyday!
