  Excellent treatment! Everyone, especially the lady checking us in, are so nice and seem to sincerely care . Made the stress of going in for COVID test much less. Great place!

  I was in a big rush. My previous COVID-19 test was up on Sunday. I had a friend on hospice and her family called and said things were not going well. So obviously I needed a new COVID-19 and fast. I got an appointment at 4:15 that afternoon. I got some things done and went to my appointment. I arrived almost 30 minutes early. They took me right in and I was on my way in 30 minutes. I made it to say goodbye to my friend while she was still able to talk. Thank you so much for getting me to my friend so quick!

  Went in and was given the option to return when our appt was up. We said it's urgent care not an emergency and we would be happy to be called back instead of staying in the lobby where others chose that option and were waiting. Front desk nurse gave us the option to be called due to the 2hr wait. Plus reducing our risk to exposure by waiting in the lobby with others. Great service, staff extremely thorough and professional. In times like this if it's an emergency go to the ER not urgent care. I would definitely recommend this location at Anderson mill.

  Everyone at CareNow were very friendly and helpful. The online registration was easy and allowed me to be seen immediately upon arrival. Ended up needing the covid-19 test and I had my results within 15 minutes!
