Great customer service great unit very secure

Able to manage everything from reservation to move-out online and via the app without any issues. I rented a unit for ten months, and everything went well throughout my rental time. There was one occasion when I had not locked my unit correctly, and management called to let me know so that I could fix it and ensure my items were secure. I appreciate them letting me know.

Place was very clean and the staff there was very friendly and helpful.

Get what you pay for!!! Clean and Safe Storage Needs. Property and inside is Always Clean!! Quick , Helpful and Attentive. Otto went above and beyond today for me and it was closing time. Otto and Lora and the rest of the staff are very friendly and do everything they can to help and assist. The units are clean and the facility is secure and easily accessible. I feel very fortunate that I had such a fine facility so close to our new home. I recommend them highly.
