Mary is awesome! I see her for pelvic floor strengthening and am starting to see a major improvement. Before I saw Mary I was worried about doing high intensity workouts because I'd have to go all the time. Now I can do a thirty minute high intensity workout with no problems. Ultimately my goal is to get jogging again without any problems. She is helping me get there.
