  The people who work for Price self storage in Walnut Creek were very helpful and kind and took the time to answer questions and show you around to see the unit available. I have used this storage facility to store my stuff in the past, and came back to use them again.

  Could have been a five.
  Positive- They had unit I needed, sign up process smooth and easy, location very convenient, facility clean and easy access. Agent walked with me so I could make sure I understood access codes, lock mechanism, etc.
  
  Negative: Then things went south. We noted that the light in the unit was not working. Agent said she'd have manager fix it. 20 minutes later no one had come to fix. But manager arrived with assistant, ladder and new lamp. The good news, they replaced it. The bad news is that they said was ballast and would be after the weekend for electrician to fix. I asked how would they get access with the soon to b full unit. Answer they couldn't. I asked if that meant I'd have no light for months or years till I mostly emptied unit. Answer yes. They said no power outlet for me to bring my own light. They suggested I bring a Coleman lantern - I being old said that would be inappropriate to bring Coleman latern with white gas into storage. They said no, I should buy a battery one. or get another LED battery light. I asked why they didn't check the unit- they said too many - I believe they must check for cleanliness when units are vacated, so that didn't hold water. Even then, their recovery could be that they have loaner battery lights for just this case. They offered no discount. ..

  Excellent help from service rep Jackie helped to overcome a curious organizational issue. Apparently “appointment” means the time at which the customer is expected to drop off their car. From the customer’s perspective appointment means the time at which the service provider is obliged to begin the servicing of the car. I would suggest Maxwell Ford try looking at issues more from the customer’s perspective. And give Jackie a raise. She was excellent at working out a prompt start and finish of the work on my truck.

  Always quick and professional. I've never waited more than 30 minutes for an old change and everyone is very accommodating.

  Reached out online via chat and the Internet rep was courteous and helpful. Shortly after I rcvd a phone call & text from Sales Rep. She was helpful/informative/courteous...wasn’t pushy but moved quickly to get the info she needed to help me find the right vehicle and gather the pertinent info she needed to put all the pieces together. She quickly found the vehicle I wanted, made it available for test drive. She made the car-buying process hassle-free and was professional, patient & courteous throughout, she followed up and followed through. The staff were friendly & courteous and made you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend Mayra and the Maxwell Ford Team!!

  Fernando was a great sales person! The first truck we looked at wasn’t the right truck. However, he worked with us and we found the right truck for the best price. Going to car dealerships usually is such a drag but, Fernando made it enjoyable by constantly cracking jokes and answering all the questions I threw at him. I am very glad he was able to set us up with this truck.

  Great service. Great salesperson (Troy) and easy in and out. Not long waits, truck was ready to go, paperwork done out the door in an hour.
  
  This is your place for Ford in Austin from someone that has lived her for 30 years.
