First, when hypnotized, you're really just in a deep state of meditative relaxation...not the zombie that Hollywood would have you believe. Second, it's been the most effective form of 'therapy' or 'self-help' I have ever experienced. Within ONE session I could tell a positive difference in my behavioral patterns and this continues with each session I have with Tamara. Set up a session with her!
