  The staff is friendly, welcoming, and so nice! They’re doing a good job keeping every surface clean after each client and making sure that everything is feeling alright throughout the adjustment or the pressure-point therapy. This is the first time I’ve experienced pressure-point therapy and have found it to be a relieving and just as effective as some of the other methods I’ve tried. Definitely a place I’ll be recommending to my friends and family!

  I just had my second appointment today and so far they have been extremely prompt, professional, and friendly. I got x-rays, a diagnosis, an adjustment, and a massage for my first visit for $30 and an adjustment and a massage on my second visit for $8. I have Blue Cross so if you have good insurance it's insanely cheap! I'm signed up to go another 5 weeks. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars. So far I feel a lot better but I'll come back and hopefully give them 5 stars when it's all said and done!

  Please read fully:
  I’m only giving a 4 star and not 3 because I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and how kind everyone was. Especially the woman at the front desk! I don’t want my impression of one chiropractor define the entire business because I did my research and this company seems reliable and helpful.
  
  I was very disappointed in how the woman chiropractor went about the adjustment. She almost damaged my rib, throughout the adjustment and after it she never asked me how I was feeling. For someone who is messing around with your bones, how the patient feels after is extremely important and she seemed like she just didn’t care.
  My neck felt good for a couple minutes but it’s now in far more pain than I was before. I have work in 30 minutes and I’m not sure I can bare it. On top of that, I specifically noted multiple times that my shoulders were in the most pain and my shoulders got no attention whatsoever. My shoulders are in constant pain and that’s why I went, I have 0 relief whatsoever.
  
  My suggestion to this company is to make sure your employees understand its about the patient, not you. I know you went to school and you learned all this knowledge but we all individually know our bodies and what we need so please listen to your patients and make sure they feel like they’re cared for and not just another dollar bill in her pocket.
  
  Again, everyone else was so sweet and kind. The woman who did my xrays was great! They were fair on first patient pricing!
  
  Maybe sometimes adults become so confident in themselves and their knowledge after schooling they forget that you can never stop learning and progressing. This chiropractor I encountered today might have some more learning to do about how to treat patients.

  Quick and quality care. Dr. Heath and his practitioners explained every step and every movement that was about to be performed so there were no surprises or accidents. I left the office feeling much better after the adjustment as well as armed with extremely helpful knowledge about simple habits to develop to prevent future injuries.

  This review is long overdue but, seriously the best chiropractic office I have ever been to!
  
  Dr. Heath and the rest of the staff are so amazing, very friendly and helpful. I always feel so great every time I leave the clinic. I highly recommend visiting Kapsner chiropractic.
