Can't understand how this place is so slow while chipotle is so busy. Moe's is way better. Prices are about the same, but the food has more taste and you get good sized portions. Recommend

I've gone to Moe's twice now. Both times I ordered the "Homewr*cker" Burrito. Both times I was completely satisfied by the food. Once by the service.

So, just last time I felt a lil bit patronized about the "queso" and the "tip" feature at the checkout.

Yes, I can pay extra for cheese. That's why I asked for it (I just read the menu. I mean!!?!!). If you're gonna give me a heads up about the tip screen/prompt give me a heads up every single time so it doesn't feel patronizing.

The final impression is what counts; perception continues to be everything.

Food is great and well priced. Good value on sundays when kids eat free. The staff here are hardworking and do the best they can. It can get pretty busy during certain times of the day and they get inundated so please give them some grace.
