I love this gym, I have tried a lot of work outs and so far this is the one I’ve been able to stick with for longer than a month! Coaches are awesome and the environment is great! Short work outs (45min) so it doesn’t feel like I’ve been at the gym all day lol
I loved how spaced out the bags were. It made me feel safe. I hope they continue to space out the bags and maintain their many class schedules instead of stuffing more bags in and cutting down on the number of classes. The coaches are awesome too!
I have been wanting to try kickboxing forever, but was always nervous to. When I walked into Total Fitness Kickboxing, I was greeted by so many friendly people. Skyla is such an INCREDIBLE coach and after every class I feel so empowered and ready to take on the day!
My husband wanted me to take a self defense class and I'm so glad I did! Josh who was my personal trainer did a great job! My family started to see the positive changes the classes were doing in me. My self confidence, my posture, feeling energized and being less stressed. I went from hating to run, to now my body craves it! Their kickboxing classes are also a great way to burn calories with amazing teachers like Skyla and Amanda. You will break a sweat lol. My only regret is not doing this sooner!
