Went to BMW for Service for my M8 Competition and left feeling so good, My Service Rep Robert went above and beyond. I told him I was getting a little tired of my M8 and wanted a change. He literally sat with me and told me about the new i7 that day. Ive been thinking about that car and what he showed me online. 6 months later I came back to him to tell him thanks to him I was getting the i7 in the exact color match he told me about. His approach is rare. True customer service is what he showed me. Great guy and BMW is definitely better because of him. Robert Thank you for being the best part of BMW.

This BMW service center is the best! It is clean and efficient. Miguel Cerra is a true professional and the best service advisor in the business! They always answer the phone, which is unheard of these days and anytime I need maintenance or a repair to my vehicle he squeezes me in right away when all the other dealers take over a week (Vista BMW). He utilizes my warranty to the fullest and provides over the top service with complimentary rentals when the loaners are taken and a detail to the vehicle when completed, Their prices are also better (battery was $200 less than Vista BMW) and the turnaround time on the service is unbelievable. They have earned my business and I will continue to refer anyone who is looking to buy or service a vehicle to BMW of Fort Lauderdale.

I saw Jacqueline Champlain MD at South Austin Medical Clinic. She is one of the best physicians I've ever met. She truly cares about her patient's whole person, and is not going to focus in on fixing a *symptom.* Dr. Champlain cares about getting to the root of the issue and treating the body as one big interconnected biological machine. This is how medicine SHOULD be practiced! I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Champlain and have her as my physician!

Dr. Champlain is awesome. She's real with me, and truly cares about my well-being. I have sent a friend to her, and I recommend her al the time. The only downfall is she is in Manor. I make the though. I have never had a doctor I felt so comfortable with. She is definitely a 5-STAR doctor!
