Whataburger

We had an amazing stay! Beds and pillows were very comfortable! The room was very tidy and clean when we arrived! The free breakfast was fresh, hot, very tasty and there was plenty of it!

The best part though, was the staff. Everyone that we met and talked with were very kind and willing to go to lengths to make sure you had everything you needed. There were two staff in particular that stood out; I apologize in advance but the day manager was very cordial! When we came down to the cafeteria, he was putting stuff away but I wanted another muffin before we left and the manager not only gave me one muffin but FIVE! I know that probably seems insignificant to some but for us it was exceptional!
The other staff member, I believe her name was, Rhonda. She was very kind, had a great personality and would always say hi and have a nice word to say. She was working in the cafeteria when I went down early in the morning and even though she was swamped with stocking food and items, she never broke that kind demeanor. And when we left, she wished us a wonderful day.

I guess after reading our review you can probably glean that out stay was above and beyond exceptional. We would highly recommend staying here if you're in Arnold or the surrounding area. You won't be disappointed!

Nice small inn. They have Small bathroom in a two bedroom room. Our room was clean with well stocked essential room items. Free basic breakfast like (waffle,sausage,egg,biscuits and gravy, coffee and juice). Overall experience was nice. Friendly frontdesk staff. Price is reasonable.

Wonderful place, friendly people. Have never been disappointed in a Pear Tree amd this one rates just as high. Will be going back.

The whole staff was awesome. Room was big and it was clean, bathroom was clean but it was way too small. I'm not a big guy at all. But you have to get pass the door to close it. Or if you leave the door open you wont be able to close the door if sitting on the toilet. But other than that it was a great place nice staff, clean, good free breakfast, and I give all the accolades. Not many places like this.

The Pear Tree Inn was a nice stay. It had the same perk of free evening drinks as a Drury Inn, along with a snack of chips, salsa and pretzels. The fountain soda machine seems to be available 24/7 which was nice. We visited it several times. Rooms seemed clean. There was an odd pepper smell in the elevator that I think was possibly bug spray, not sure. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

My order was made fresh and it was very delicious. I feel their speaker box needs to be updated. It was crackling when I was there.

The Whataburger in Austin off of Slaughter lane is a good stop every time, with the burger and fries hot and delicious always.

Their food is great, but they can be slightly over priced and put too much ice in the drinks, even when you ask for easy ice.

Great burgers and shakes. Had to have one on our visit to Austin, TX.
