Mr Duffy's Kenpo Karate is excellent. You'll not only learn HOW to do self defense techniques, but also WHY they work. Kenpo is adaptable to the practitioner, and works for men, women, children, tall, short, fit, not-so-fit, etc...so come in and give it a try! It's a friendly group of people here too ????
