  Very nice office. Staff was Friendly and courteous. Waiting time was quick, and I saw the doctor fairly fast too. I loved that I booked an appointment online and got seen the same day! I would recommend this place to anyone.

  I was able to set up an appointment on a Sunday - Saw only one doctor, they did the X-rays and treatment all right there. I was in and out in under an hour. Super nice staff. Clean. Convenient. I will definitely use them again if I need them.

  I have used this location twice- perfect and easy place to go, particularly for those “I am not sure about this injury” situations.
  
  The MD seeing my son on our first visit was thorough in assessment and evaluation as well as instruction. The front desk on our first visit was borderline rude but past the front desk, it was wonderful.
  
  Obviously, I gave it another try in spite of the previous front desk issue and couldn’t have been happier. Even in the midst of Covid-19 precautions- the front desk staff was good at screening and temperature evaluation before entry and they were Kind. No rudeness this time.
  
  The PA-C was competent and thorough in assessment, history, evaluation and diagnosis.
  
  I am happy DOC exists and will continue to use them for my orthopedic needs.

  WOW just wow. Best doctor’s office visit I’ve experienced. Not only is the office clean, nice, and easy to find... I was in and out WITH an MRI in 30 minutes. Dr. Villarreal was very down to earth, understanding and gave me quick/easy solution to my broken finger. I was VERY impressed by the office, doctor/nurse, AND office staff. I never had heard anyone take the time to explain what is/what isn’t covered by insurance not only before your appointment but after. Best doctor’s experience yet! Highly recommend.

  During yoga practice I heard my leg pop right under my left knee. I immediately went to the ER and was charged $250 for them to take some ex rays. The ER doctor said I should see a orthopedic and sent me home. The next day I looked for a local orthopedic and read all the amazing reviews for Direct Orthopedic. I made my appointment and was able to see an orthopedic the same day. I brought my ex rays from Saint Davids ER service but the file was corrupt and Direct Orthopedic Care was not able to open them. Thanks for nothing St. Davids. Meanwhile Direct Orthopedic Care took new ex rays and diagnosed me with an evoltion fracture, provided a script for some pain meds, and told me I would not need surgery. All this took less than 30 minutes. The best news was they took my insurance which only cost me the price of a Co pay plus 20% of the treatment cost. The entire bill was about $62. Avoid the ER and go directly to these guys. You will not regret my advise. That is all.
