  I moved here at the beginning of June and I'm very happy with my decision to live here. It's quiet. I love going out on my balcony and seeing nothing but tree tops. Very good area with plenty of shopping, trails, etc. Great for the price! What led me here was the reviews regarding management. THAT'S HUGE when choosing a place to live. Tammy and her team are exceptional and prompt! Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

  I needed a place near downtown Austin, but didn't want to pay downtown prices. Tammy and her team were very accommodating in helping me find the perfect first-floor apartment. You feel like you're out of the city with all the trees and trails, but less than 5 minutes down the road you're at a shopping center and easy access to Mopac. The maintenance crew is prompt, courteous, and resolves issues quickly. The entire complex is quiet and safe. The apartments are roomy and comfortable. I highly recommend Nichols Park for anyone who is looking for an affordable, quiet, and safe place to live where you'll be well taken care of by Tammy and her team.

  I love my apartment and my neighbors. Tammy is so awesome. Everyone here is very nice. There are allot of dogs here too.

  I have lived at Nichols Park for 16 years. There have been many changes over the years and I still love my apartment and my neighbors. The office staff is very nice and so are the maintenance men. They are allot faster about fixing things then the last company. I signed on for another year and they put new faucets and ceiling fans in my apartment. It is so beautiful.

  I have lived at Nichols Park for a little over a month now and love it. The office staff has been very friendly, helpful and professional. My apartment is great. It's not out dated as people have stated. My apartment has all the upgrades they offered when I leased. The grounds and the pool are very nice.
