  Such a great experience! It was my first time ever doing pilates and Mary made me feel so comfortable and explained things so well. I would highly recommend trying it out!

  Can’t say enough great things about Mauro Pilates and all it’s amazing instructors. Working a 40+ hour week job makes it hard to find time to workout and refocus on myself but the studio offers flexible hours and staff that goes over and beyond to accommodate. Having never taken a class before I thought it would be intimidating but right from the start I felt comfortable to ask questions, explain how I was feeling and most importantly learn how to build off skills in order to challenge myself even more. Over the past 2 years goals have been met challenges have been accepted and lots of laughs have gotten me through the tough workouts.

  As a chiropractor that focuses on sophisticated techniques to get improved long term health outcomes, I can honestly say that Mauro Pilates is game changing. Their level of knowledge and sophistication in approach is unmatched. Our patients do really well, but when we add Mauro Pilates to the care plan, they exceed all expectations. This team rocks, and we are thankful to have them as part of our network and community.

  This is a fantastic Pilates studio with a wealth of expertise. I am a physical therapist who specializes in movement and these people really know what they are doing. The level of knowledge and their ability to communicate with clients is really what separates this studio from others in Austin.
  
  What I think is so great about this studio is that you see so many men doing Pilates here. I can’t tell how many male patients I have tried to convince that Pilates would be great for their body but that have a misconception about it is or isn’t.

  Mauro Pilates is the absolute best studio on a number of levels. I have a herniated disk that has troubled me for years and it was progressively getting worse. For years I avoided doing core exercises because they would aggravate my back and left me hobbled in pain. Naturally, avoiding core exercises only made my situation worse. A therapist I was seeing recommended that I try Mauro Pilates as he had trained much of the staff on the proper way to handle patient injuries like mine. I began by taking private lessons and after a few months I had progressed enough to join the group classes. Fast forward six months and I’m stronger and more fit than I’ve been in years! I lost weight, strengthened my core, and best of all my back is better than it’s ever been! What is even more remarkable is the staff that works at Mauro Pilates. They are fun, energetic, and leave you feeling remarkable at the end of every class. There really is nothing better!
