P. Terry's Burger Stand

P. Terry’s is a great burger establishment. I ate the cheeseburger meal with a strawberry milkshake. One of the better and fresher burgers I’ve had in my lifetime. The milkshake wasn’t the best but it was okay. I’ve heard that the fries are freshly made in store unlike other fast-food chains. It sure tasted fresh. Great experience overall.

One of the best burgers around, and nothing in this price range comes close. No matter which location I visit, there's always a " welcome back..." from the crew member taking your order, an consistently fresh, great tasting food.

Thankfully, this location was open on a Sunday night after 9 pm, when no other local restaurant was open. To be honest, we didn't even know what P. Terry's was when we went (we just knew they were open and we were hungry), but we were delightfully surprised. Even though they were nearing closing time, the staff were courteous, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The burgers we had are head and shoulders above any franchise/chain burger joint. The fries were also great; they were cooked very well. I only wish we had ordered milk shakes so that we could've tried those.

My only complaint is that their sign by the road is not illuminated and because they are set down and back from the road, we missed their driveway initially. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely hit up P. Terry's.
