Olympia Moving & Storage

Having used Olympia for four local moves, we consider ourselves customers for life. Service is uniformly fantastic despite the complexities of city moving!

We had a great experience with Olympia including our closing date on our home changing several times and they were very accommodating even though they didn't need to be. Team that moved us was pleasant and professional.

Very happy with the whole process, from setting the initial appointment through the actual move, which happened yesterday. Nick gave us a quote that was very reasonable (less than we anticipated--yay!). As soon as we said yes, Amanda, our move coordinator, reached out to us with more information and helpful tips. I liked that she seemed personally invested in making sure we had a good experience. She was available for questions, and I had her direct phone number and email so I could contact her if need be. She even called an hour or so after the move had started, to make sure everything was going okay. Thumbs up for our movers, too, David and Rudy. They were friendly and hardworking. I don't think they stopped for a minute the whole time they were there. The move-to location is a condo complex with limited space available for the truck, but they came up with a creative solution for using the ramps to bridge over a landscaped area to reach the sidewalk directly. A rep from the HOA came by and approved it because it wouldn't damage any plants or sprinklers. Everything was packed very well, even though they were only moving us one mile. They took all their packing material with when they left. We moved into an upstairs apartment, and they were still that great combination of speedy and careful. The fridge was a special challenge--but they did it, and the fridge is in place! As I write, we're enjoying our first breakfast in our new home. Thank you!

Our company has used Olympia in Austin TX for several jobs. They provide fantastic service at a fair price. The team is always prompt with paperwork and responding to inquiries. The drivers are always cautious with our items and courteous to the customer. Highly recommend!

The moving experience with Olympia was by far the best I've had with a move. We used their packing, storage and moving service. The packers AND movers were professional, friendly and experienced. They were focused, on time and wonderful to work with. Our move had to be scheduled last minute due to an unexpected change date with our house closing date. The rep I worked with did everything he could to accommodate our needs so we could move in to our new home after closing. I called many companies an Olympia was the one to go out of their way to help us. I highly recommend them!
