I had an excellent experience thanks to both Joe and Mason. They were quick to greet, talk about solutions, complete the work. I even had a small issue late in the day, non-new tire related, went back and had it resolved within 5 minutes. Truly outstanding. I rarely post reviews, but these two gentlemen were incredible. Fast, fair and friendly service once again! I have been coming to Discount Tire for 24 years now. Multiple cars and multiple stores across Indiana. It amazes me how good of customer service this company provides. They are managed well and hire smart. From the techs that greet you at the door and provide the tire options to the techs that service your vehicle, they’re all top-notch. In these day where it’s hard to find good hard-working employees, I am even more impressed. Zachary took care of me at the counter and was very open and honest all my options. I will continue to come back without a doubt.
I'm very happy with my service. I only came in to get a tire mounted and balanced because my car hit a curb but Zach made it a very pleasant experience. He was very polite and relatable. When he went outside to look at my car he checked out all the other tires and made a few reasonable recommendations that I plan on following up with at this store shortly. Excellent customer service. Went to Discount Tire to get new wheels and tires that I purchased balanced and put on (chose also due to location and easy walking distance). By far one of the best experiences I've had. They handled everything with care, even wrapped the old wheels/tires and loaded them into the car of someone I was giving them to. Highly suggest this location!
Kenny the store manager and his team took great care of me within about one hour of the time I drop my truck off. It’s always nice to see a group of people who still appreciate hustling and Getting customer equipment turned around and back to them in the most time efficient manner possible. Jerry Dixon’s really helped me out when I was in a bind. Sorry to be mysterious, but I’m not sure they want to provide this type of service often so I don’t want to list it here. Suffice to say they took good care of my 1930 Buick and gave a newcomer to the area some very valuable advice and assistance from hundreds of miles away. Also, their rates are reasonable.

I took my 1995 Dodge 4X4 Ram to Jerry"s 7 years ago and had the engine rebuilt. Truck still running great. I had an issue with my 2008 Dodge Durango, the ABS/ESP/BAS lights were on. This was on the Friday before Memorial Day. I called them and just asked if they could check the codes for me. They said bring it on down. The Shop Foreman came out and had the equipment to check the codes. He spent 30 min. checking and clearing the codes. He told me what to do. He would not take any money for this service just a hand shake and have a good have a great Holiday. They made my Holiday , Just Great People....Thanks You I'll be back
After an initial misunderstanding, Kelly reached out to me and was very professional. I feel there team is extremely knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. I will continue to use them in the future.
I have brought all my vehicles to Jerry for YEARS. Everything from a 40 foot diesel motor home to a Jeep. ALWAYS got the best of service. Everything got repaired right the first time. But, honesty is Dixon Automotive's biggest selling point. They charge a fair price for their repair work; you never have the feeling that you've been "taken to the cleaners." Even though Jerry has passed on, those same attributes continue with the Dixons, Kay, Kelly, and Aaron.
