Simmons Chiropractic Rehab and Functional Neurology

I got Dr Simmons name from a trusted Occupational Therapist for my disc problems. She said he was the best chiropractor that she knew. In the last 4 years he’s helped me with a bulging disc and muscle spasms. I feel he’s exceptional in explaining what’s happening and how to deal with it with home care and lifestyle. Another doctor, my Orthopedic Surgeon, said he was the best Chiropractor in Austin. It’s very unusual for medical doctors to compliment chiros, but it’s true. Two recs from skilled professionals confirmed what I’ve experienced.

My pain doc said my post-surgical chronic pain problem would likely never resolve, meaning a need for awful pain block shots in my neck every 3 months, with no end in sight or expected. The shots had their own awful complications. My surgeon recommended only 2 chiropractors in SW Austin. Hoping only to somewhat prolong the effectiveness of the pain shots, I tried Simmons acupuncture. That did it. No more pain shots, ever, and only a very few acupuncture treatments were needed. That was over 15 years ago. Since then, Simmons has provided excellent treatment for knee and back injuries, etc. My wife and I have referred numerous people to Simmons, some of whom had failed to get relief with other MDs or chiropractors. The results have been overwhelmingly positive.
