  Update: Darlene reached out to me and we discussed my issues to find that it did not fall on Apria. She's willing to get to the bottom of my issues so that this doesn't happen to another loved one. Although the equipment came from Apria, it was Home Health that supplied it, and there was no record with Apria that my grandmother had services with them. I appreciate her reaching out and getting to the bottom of this. It won't bring my grandmother back, but if it helps the next person, I'm happy!
  
  This company is horrible. Had I not been overseeing my grandmother's care, they would have killed her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! NIGHTMARE!
