  I suspect they didn't have in stock. Cancelled order claiming they could not contact me but I did have a conversation days prior confirming billing and shipping address. Sad because I really respect stoeger as a shooter and role model for the sport. Guess I'll buy elsewhere though.
  Updated review. They have fast communication. Within minutes of posting review they emailed an explanation. Also the refund came fast. I will give them another shot, pun intend.

  I did put another order in and this time went through without a hitch. Shipped fast, I went from disappointed to impressed. I have found it rare to have a company reach out and resolve a complaint, so thank you! I would definitely recommend trying to my shooting buddies.

  Big thanks to Ben Stoeger and crew for making my recent purchase smooth, fast and enjoyable. Last Sunday I ordered my new CZ Shadow 2 OR. I requested to be contacted for shipping specifics and what was exactly expected from myself (1st online firearm purchase). Shortly after 8am (their local time) Monday (next day), I had an email response with all my answers. I also called for some gear guidance and was helped over the phone by a very informed and pleasant staff member. Shipping was quick and smooth and arrived today in perfect condition at my local FFL, only 4 days later. I highly recommend this shop based on the excellent service I received.

  I purchased a CZ shadow 2 optics ready and everything was perfect. Also have ordered springs, a complete competition belt with holster and mag pouches. All were correct and timely. I want to order another gun just like the first one but it is from cz custom so they are out of which is understandable. Everyone is. I am on the wait list.
