“I’ve now had three massages by Frankie and I cannot wait for the next one! Surface: Her space is warm, quiet, welcoming and thoughtfully decorated. She uses real cotton sheets (!!!), essential oils and all natural lotions. I really appreciate knowing I’m doing something good for my body and not harming the environment with heavily-scented chemicals. It’s also important for me to work with someone body positive, inclusive and holistic. I urge anyone who has ever felt self conscious to get a massage for whatever reason, to see Frankie - she is so welcoming and friendly! At the start of each session, we discuss the current aches and troubles. She helps me understand the root of each pain by explaining the muscles afflicted, how my job (restaurant work) can disproportionately affect one side of my body over the other, how my sleeping positions (stomach sleeper!) can contort my neck, etc. Not only does she walk me through what we are going to work on, she offers stretches and adjustments I can make at home. It feels really great to have an advocate! Every time I visit her, I feel like my lung capacity expands, my muscles loosen and my mind feels freer. Thank you so much!”
